What You'll Learn

Over the course of 6 months, you’ll build real, usable financial systems inside your business.
You’ll learn how to:

• Read and understand your financial statements.

• Identify the real drivers of profitability.

• Analyze your financials, including developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Build a simple, practical budgeting and planning process.

• Improve cash flow visibility and manage your money proactively.

• Set up a custom FP&A program tailored to your business stage and goals.

 

Course Information

Dates:​

• Monthly online 2-hour group sessions via Zoom - live participation highly recommended:

  • May 14, June 25, August 20, September 24, October 22, November 19

  • All sessions 18:30-20:30 CET​​

• Online office hours for Q&A - twice monthly (day and evening sessions, 60 minutes each). Dates to be announced.
   

Investment:

• 1200CHF, early bird pricing of 1100CHF through April 13 with coupon EARLYBIRD100

• This is a Beta program and prices will increase next cohort

• Payment plans:

  • 2 payments of 630CHF

  • 6 payments of 225CHF​
     

Other information:

• All sessions will be recorded but live participation is highly recommended for maximum benefit

• You will also need time outside of our sessions together to work and apply the learnings/analysis/goal setting to your business. 
  The more you put in, the more you’ll get out — but this is built to fit within a busy business owner’s schedule.

• Content will build from month to month and it's very important to stay on top of the work prior to the start of the next session. Come to the office hours (free) or book a private session (extra charge) if you would like additional tailored support

• Limited spaces available

• Moderate level of comfort with spreadsheets required. I will also provide some extra live training dates on spreadsheets in the first month for those that are beginner level and need support to grasp applicable concepts for the program (included in the cost of the program).
